Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Requirements:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (except for necessary inspection to verify functionality), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To start a return, please contact us at support@itswtf.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the designated return warehouse address for your region.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent to an incorrect address will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong item).

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, does not meet expectations), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

After we receive your returned item and complete inspection, we will notify you of the inspection result within 5 business days.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@itswtf.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

The following types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, as well as sale items and gift cards. If you are unsure about your specific item, please contact us first.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days. The item must still meet the standard return conditions (unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase).

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after we have notified you of approval, please contact us at support@itswtf.com.
